With the introduction of the new Single Inspection Framework, the way the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspect and rate settings is undergoing a complete overhaul. With the KLOEs being replaced with new ‘Quality Statements’, a focus on continuous assessment and a radical shift in how evidence is collected, it is vital that your service is taking steps to prepare.

This one-day virtual conference will guide you through the new framework, with keynote sessions from experts in this field covering a wide range of topics, from an overview of the new Quality Statements to preparing for inspection of people’s experiences.

With plenty of time of dedicated time to network with colleagues and put your questions to our experts, you’ll leave the day feeling empowered in your practice management role.

This conference will enable you to:

  • Ensure that you are prepared for inspection under the new Single Inspection Framework

  • Understand the changes to the framework and the main differences to the current framework

  • Be clear on how a continuous assessment approach will work in practice

  • Prepare for the new ways in which evidence will be gathered and how it will be used

  • Familiarise yourself with the new Quality Statements and how they will work in practice, and how you can embed them in your service

  • Better support your staff through inspection processes

  • Prepare your staff for new observations and feedback requirements

  • Understand how you can best prepare for inspection of people’s experiences

  • Take steps to improve service user experience

  • Be clear on how your processes and procedures will be inspected so that you can complete an internal audit

  • Understand the new requirements under the ‘Well led’ key questions, so that you are best placed to demonstrate outstanding leadership
