Quality Improvement in Care Homes

This one day masterclass in Quality Improvement will allow all care home staff to learn about QI methodology, tools to use and how to lead change.

The day has been developed to provide both practical and appropriate QI training to all staff and is aimed at improving care for residents.

By attending you will learn what QI tools to use and how to maintain the improvements. You will explore how to avoid common mistakes that staff make.
