This masterclass focuses on the legal requirements under The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The class will cover the key requirements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of both employees, service users and others are protected. This masterclass has been specifically designed to provide attendees with the opportunity to ensure their facility is fulfilling its duty of care as well as discovering the frequent issues faced in Care homes in Great Britain. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn industry tricks and tips to assist in providing a safer, more profitable and compliant setting.
