Feedback for Mr Grewal: “We first saw Perbinder present at the Clinical Audit for Improvement course in March, when we saw he was presenting the Human Factors training last week we booked on immediately and encouraged the rest of our team to attend because we knew it would be a great day. He has become our human factors hero in the quality team, our new motto is ‘Be more Perbinder’! Thank you Perbinder for being so enthusiastic and engaging, your energy is infectious!
